Downwind Regatta, Rubber Ducky Race, & BBQ!

2400 block of Grand Canal Court (at the intersection with Court C), and along Linnie Canal from Grand Canal to Eastern Canal.
Linnie Canal Downwind Regatta

If it floats, it’s a boat! Open to the entire community and anyone in a wind- powered boat. Starts at Linnie and Grand canal.
Prizes
- $150 Most Creative entry to finish the race • $100 First Place
- $50 Second Place
- $25 Third Place
Rubber Ducky Race
1:30pm
Begins at the Dell Avenue Bridge over Linnie Canal. Winners receive cash prizes to be announced at the end of the race at the corner of Linnie and Eastern Canals.
Ducky sales from 10AM – 1:15pm (or until all ducks are sold)
You can also purchase your rubber duckies in advance on Saturday, June 27, and Sunday, June 28, from 12pm – 4pm at Dell Ave and Court D (across from the park). We always sell out of duckies, so get yours early!
BBQ
12pm-2:30pm
Hamburgers, turkey burgers, and hot dogs from Mark’s Fire Grill.
$5 each, and comes with a bottle of water. Food tickets available for purchase at Linnie & Grand from 10:00am – 2:00pm.
